Why can't I find the caterer I'm searching for?

It might not deliver to your region. You can also use the search bar and enter its name. If you still don't see it, it might have temporarily gone offline or it might not yet be on the platform.

How are caterers rated?

When your order has been delivered or picked up, you can rate your caterer by quality, service, and punctuality.

What food banks do you support?

We try to encourage organizations based on the geographic locations of orders placed through the platform. If you want Catermarkt to support your organization, you can let us know by e-mail at info@catermarkt.com.

How can I contact you?

Orders and delivery

How can I place an order?

First, enter your address in order to show caterers who deliver within your region. Next, choose from the suggested caterers. When you access its profile, select the items you want and click on Order. Your payment is then sent to the caterer via our secure server.

How can I tell whether my order was received?

When you complete your order, it automatically gets sent to the caterer. You'll then receive a message that confirms that the caterer has gotten your order. If confirmation takes longer than usual, we'll contact the caterer ourselves in order to figure out what's going on.

How late can I place an order?

It varies from one caterer to another. You can see its opening hours in the About tab on its profile. Otherwise, a message will appear to let you know that the caterer does not accept orders at that time.

Can I edit or cancel an order?

Can I pick up an order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. You can filter for caterers who offer this option when searching.

Can I order in advance?

Yes. When you place your order, you must indicate the delivery date.

Can I make a special request?

Yes. You can always make a special request from the caterer of your choice. Go to the caterer's profile page and send it your special request by clicking on the link indicated at top-right. They will answer with the code to enter to place that order.

How can I notify the caterer of any allergies?

When placing your order, you can add comments for the caterer, including allergies.

My account

Can I access my old orders?

Yes. When you log in, you can access every order that you've placed in the My Orders tab. You can also print or save a PDF copy of the bill.

Can I save multiple delivery addresses?

Yes. You can save as many addresses as you like. Simply choose the right one when ordering.

How can I change my password?

Once logged in to your account, go to the My Information tab. However, if you've forgotten it, click on Forgot? in the login window and we'll e-mail you a new one that you can change later.

Price and payment

Is the payment process secure?

Yes. All transactions are secure and handled by our payment provider. We use an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate for greater security.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. All types of credit cards are accepted.

Can a purchase order be added?

Yes. If you use a purchase order for your company, you can indicate it when making payment. Your purchase order will appear in the final invoice.

Are there cancellation fees?

Cancellation fees depend on the preparation costs incurred by the caterer. Catermarkt service fees are not refundable. If you need to cancel an order, please call us at (450)-670-5222 or toll-free at 1-(888)-670-5222.

Is tipping mandatory?

No. The tip is optional.
